A legal professional for more than 15 years, she advises clients including Turkish family offices, European service companies, and multinational manufacturers in relation to their commercial operations in Türkiye.

Okşan has extensive domestic and international experience in M&A and corporate law, helping clients navigate complex transactions, joint ventures, and broader corporate concerns. She offers counsel on corporate governance and compliance, ensuring management structures and decision-making processes are legally sound and strategically aligned.

Okşan’s work routinely incorporates highly technical processes, including business restructuring and spin-off transactions in industries such as automotive, logistics, energy, construction, manufacturing, and business services. Her practice incorporates dispute management, and employment-related issues, capitalising on her strong relationships with leading industry consultants in Türkiye and globally.

Previously, Okşan held positions at several leading Turkish law practices, including the legal division of a Big Four advisory firm, and served as Head of Legal at one of Türkiye’s largest industrial holding companies before joining Akkaya & Partners as a co-managing partner in 2018.
